General Policies

Production time (the time it takes us to produce your order, before shipping it) is usually within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is received by us. Orders are then shipped UPS or Parcel Post. Actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping Zone. In most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to the east coast. Express freight reduces delivery time considerably.

Return Policies

Leglooks.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. All returned products must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase and in original factory condition. Return shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept COD shipments. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through a Customer Service Representative at support@leglooks.com. Returned packages will not be accepted without RMA number on outside of package. Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to return inventory to our vendors, therefore, we accept only exchanges for equal or greater values or store credit on all non-defective returns.
